UB Alumnus Inducted into the Royal Canadian Mounted Police

The University of Baguio proudly congratulates its alumnus, Mr. Teodulo Natividad, for being formally accepted into the ranks of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP).

His journey with the university began in the late 1990s, when he began taking up his Bachelor of Science in Criminology. He earned his degree in 1999, and followed up his studies by taking up his Masters in Criminology in 2001 and a PhD in 2003.

From 2000 to 2010, Mr. Natividad also joined the UB team as a member of the faculty of the School of Criminal Justice and Public Safety (SCJPS). For an entire decade, he played an active role in shaping the futures of countless students and supporting UB’s goal of providing balanced quality education to the community.

Following his time at the university, he moved to Canada and pursued a career in law enforcement. He started off as a jail warden, which was then followed by him serving as a member of the local police before he became a trainee for the RCMP.

His remarkable journey is a testament to the excellence that UB nurtures in its graduates, exemplifying the university’s core values of competence, integrity, and service. Mr. Natividad’s momentous achievement speaks of his skills and dedication. The University of Baguio is truly proud of his exceptional accomplishments, which serve as an inspiration to the community.
