A proud alumni of the School of Business Administration and Accountancy, Ms. Stephanie Solomon graduated Magna Cum Laude with a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy. Shortly afterward, she then placed in the top five of the October 2015 Licensure Examination for Certified Public Accountants (CPA), and in the same month, she also passed the two-part international examination for Certified Management Accountants (CMA). This distinction marks her as the first to earn both CMA certification and a CPA license in the same year.
Shortly afterwards, she signed on with EY Philippines where she first served as Assurance Associate before working her way up to Assurance Manager. During this time, Ms. Solomon also became an academic reviewer for aspiring CPAs and CMAs, pursuing her passion for teaching and mentorship.
In 2021, she transitioned to the next stage in her career and joined Pru Life UK as a financial consultant. Throughout her tenure, she has become a decorated professional who has been nationally and globally recognized. At present, she leads a team of financial consultants dedicated to helping Filipino families safeguard their finances and secure financial protection coverage.
Her expertise in auditing, teaching, financial consultancy, and leadership continues to drive her commitment to empowering others. At UB’s January 2025 Baccalaureate Rites, she served as the esteemed guest speaker, delivering an inspiring message that left an enduring mark on the graduating class. She continues to serve as a shining beacon of inspiration, a testament to the heights one can reach with perseverance and integrity.
