Alumni Spotlight: Judge Isagani G. Calderon

A graduate of the University of Baguio Science High School batch 1990, Judge Isagani G. Calderon has had a long history of cultivating leadership and service. An active Boy Scout, he joined the group’s activities to hone his skills and nurture the spirit of serving his community. He represented his school in various local and national competitions, gaining awards and recognition on his way to becoming the esteemed professional that he is today.

Before he was appointed the presiding judge for the Regional Trial Court Branch 8 in La Trinidad, Benguet, he was a faculty member at the University of the Cordilleras, endeavoring to train the next generation of lawyers. 

Apart from his career at UC, he was also entrusted with a Directorship in one of the city‘s private schools, furthering his contributions to the community.

Judge Calderon demonstrates the integrity and competence that graduates of the University of Baguio are trained to embody. His excellent career in his profession is an outstanding example of the perfection that the university continues to strive towards.
